Individual Therapy
You may look like you have it all together, but inside, you’re managing anxiety, self-doubt, a difficult past, grief, or a deep sense of disconnection.
Individual therapy is a space to slow down, breathe, and be with what’s real - without judgment. We’ll explore the roots of what’s holding you back, make room for emotional integration, and gently heal and expand your relationship with yourself and the world around you.
Common themes I work with:
- Anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout
- First responders support
- Trauma (developmental, relational, intergenerational)
- Grief, loss, and life transitions
- Identity exploration
- Attachment wounds
- Self-esteem & Self-worth
- Existential
- Spirituality & metaphysical

Couples Therapy
Every relationship has a rhythm—some healthy, some stuck. When you feel disconnected from your partner, everything can feel off-center. Communication breaks down, resentment builds, and the love that brought you together can begin to feel out of reach. Relationships have the power to mirror our deepest wounds—and our greatest capacity to heal.
Through a blend of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Imago, and Gottman Methods, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and how to return to each other with more presence, connection, communication tools and trust.
Approach:
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
- Imago Relationship Therapy
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy
Ideal for couples who are:
- Struggling with communication or conflict
- Feeling emotionally distant or stuck
- Navigating major transitions
- Betrayal & affair repair
- Wanting to deepen intimacy and trust
- Premarital counseling
- Conscious uncoupling

Child and Teen Therapy
Growing up in today’s world can be overwhelming. Whether it’s social pressure, academic stress, family transitions, or the weight of unspoken emotions - children and teens often feel more than they can express. Sometimes their inner struggles show up as anxiety, isolation, defiance, or shutdown.
I offer a safe, compassionate space for young people to explore their feelings, develop healthy coping tools, and begin to understand themselves more deeply.
Common themes I support:
Anxiety, overwhelm, and perfectionism
School stress and academic challenges
Emotional regulation and self-esteem
Family conflict and divorce adjustment
Social struggles or peer issues
Identity exploration
A note for parents:
You don’t have to have all the answers. What matters most is your care, your presence, and your willingness to reach out. I’m here to walk with you and your child through this chapter, with respect for their individuality and your role as their anchor.
