About me:

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #144082) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles.

I believe we all have an incredible capacity to grow, heal, and create the lives and relationships we truly want. Life can feel like a story we are constantly writing, whether consciously or unconsciously, and I am here to walk with you through the chapters that feel unclear, heavy, or stuck. Together, we’ll uncover the threads of meaning woven into your past experiences and explore how to create new patterns that honor your aspirations, growth and resilience.

My approach is influenced by humanistic and relational psychology, and a blend of Eastern and Western philosophies. I combine insight with evidence-based practical tools and guide you towards your unique path and goals. I’m warm, intuitive, and direct - I’ll challenge you to grow and live passionately.

My path to therapy began in the arts. After earning my degree from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, I spent a decade working on award-winning campaigns in Los Angeles, an experience that deepened my appreciation for creativity, human emotion, and the stories that connect us. Eventually, I followed my heart from the corporate world to the healing world, where that same sensitivity and passion now guide my work with clients.

I feel especially connected to working with young adults, creatives, parents and couples who are ready to break old patterns, deepen their relationships, and create lives that feel truly aligned and alive.

Outside the therapy room, I recharge in nature with my family and our three dogs. I love to travel, collect crystals, books, and succulents and I’m endlessly curious about the deeper mysteries of life. I approach this work, and life itself, with a deep sense of wonder and a belief that transformation is always possible.
